Embassy Developments Limited (formerly Equinox India Developments Limited and earlier Indiabulls Real Estate Limited) (“the Company”), was incorporated in 2006 with its focus on construction and development of residential, commercial and SEZ projects across major Indian metros.
Pursuant to the successful implementation of scheme of amalgamation of NAM Estates Private Limited, an Embassy Group entity, with the Company, which came into effect on January 24, 2025, vide order dated January 7, 2025, by the Hon’ble National Company Law Appellate Tribunal, New Delhi Bench, (“NCLAT”), the Company is now on a growth path to become one of India’s leading listed real estate development platforms with a strategic focus on the key markets of the Bengaluru, Mumbai Metropolitan Region (“MMR”) and the National Capital Region (“NCR”) of India, alongside other 2- tier cities across India.
Geographically, our strategic focus is on the key market of MMR and NCR, with recent penetration into the key south Indian market of Bengaluru as well. We are also present in various parts of India across Jodhpur, Vadodara, Vizag and Indore. We have a diversified presence in residential real estate developments with a well-balanced mix of high-value & high-volume products across Mid-income, Premium and Luxury price categories.
The Board is comprised of members having sectoral expertise, a unique vision for strategic planning, diverse experience, and strong execution and administrative capabilities, ensuring professional and efficient management of the Company.
