In the year 2001, when Gujarat was hit by an earthquake – he planned and constructed 1000 houses, schools and other infrastructural developments in order to rehabilitate the community.
In the year 2005, he moved to Mumbai and started a long association with Akshar Developers.
Some of the highlights of his tenure there were Sai Radiance (CBD Belapur), The Springs and The Springs 2 (Roadpali), Platinum Springs (Taloja), Ratna Enclave (Roadpali). By now, he has completed 4 million sq. ft. of residential, IT, commercial and industrial projects.
