With a knack for invention and a proclivity towards thinking big, Devji Patel (our founder) started his professional journey in 1992 with small construction work in Kutch, Gujarat. Later, he spent a few years dabbling into land procurement and land development. By now, he has completed 4 million sq. ft. of residential, IT, commercial and industrial projects.
